Franchising?
A. A franchise is a "business in a
box" concept. Typically, everything is provided for the
Franchisee including a proven product/service, branding,
market and demographic studies, territory in most cases,
advertising, training, equipment if needed, supplies,
on-going support and anything other material things needed
for the business to be successful. A Franchisor licenses its
trademark and proven business methods to a Franchisee in
exchange for an initial investment and, in most cases,
on-going royalties which are usually expressed as a
percentage of one's gross revenues. |

candidates to an Employer with a job opening. This does not
